Engineering structure before execution complexity escalates
ELISOF was built on the belief that complex technical products require more than isolated engineering support. They require clear requirements, managed interfaces, verification discipline, risk-aware decisions and industrialization thinking from the beginning.
Three principles that shape every engagement
Systems Thinking
Products are treated as integrated systems, not isolated components.
Structured Execution
Engineering work is organized through baselines, technical reviews, phase gates and documented decisions.
Industrial Readiness
Manufacturability, supplier readiness and compliance are addressed before late-stage redesign becomes unavoidable.
Led by Mustafa Oezbas
Founder & Lead Systems / Industrialization Engineer
Mustafa Oezbas is a mechanical engineer from ETH Zurich with more than 20 years of experience across systems engineering, product development, industrialization, functional safety and regulated engineering environments.
His background includes senior engineering and leadership roles in automotive, defence-related systems, industrialization, high-voltage infrastructure, risk engineering and technical operations. This experience shapes ELISOF’s approach: structured, pragmatic and focused on reducing technical execution risk.
Where this engineering experience comes from
Two decades of engineering work concentrated into five domains that shape how ELISOF structures technical execution today.
Automotive & Mechatronics
Product development, validation, actuator systems, DFM/DFA and industrialization.
Defence-related Systems
Requirements engineering, system integration, verification coordination and technical governance for complex training and simulation environments.
Industrialization & Manufacturing Transfer
Prototype maturation, supplier coordination, manufacturing readiness, production baseline and ramp-up support.
Compliance & Risk Engineering
Functional safety context, FMEA, technical documentation, risk-based engineering and audit-ready evidence.
Critical Infrastructure & Technical Systems
Experience in high-reliability, regulated and technically constrained engineering environments.
Engineering lead with selected execution partners
Where prototype realization, pilot builds or manufacturing support are required, ELISOF can collaborate with selected prototyping and manufacturing partners. ELISOF remains focused on engineering structure, technical coordination and industrialization readiness.
Manufacturing partners support execution capacity; ELISOF provides the engineering governance and technical integration layer.
Need structure in a complex engineering transition?
If your organization is moving from prototype, concept or fragmented development toward industrial execution, ELISOF can help define the next structured engineering steps.
